    • Provide proof of defect or error (e.g., photos).
  3. Processing Time
    • Requests processed within 7 business days.
    • Approved refunds issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  4. Exceptions
    • Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are exempt unless legally required.
